SkyLoop.

The exclusive office building SkyLoop is the Stuttgart's most innovative workplace. The representative and expressive three-part building complex, situated right by Stuttgart Airport, attracts all gazes, even from far away.

Contemporary design in an exceptional location

The striking shape of the building's three interlocking parts is an emblem of modern architecture. Seen from above, the two main buildings form the outline of a curved figure of eight. With a state-of-the-art interior of around 33,000 m² of office space, as well as storage space and parking spaces in the outside area, plus an underground car park, the SkyLoop fulfils all the requirements for a contemporary workplace in a top-class location.

High demands in sanitary facilities

Even the sanitary spaces in the SkyLoop are to meet the same high demands in equipment and comfort. After all, employees and business partners should also feel comfortable when they go to the toilet.

98 men's and 113 women's sanitary rooms have been equipped with a total of 211 cubicles and 92 privacy partitions. The choice was made for the ceiling-high  SVF30/S ALTUS toilet partition by Schäfer Trennwandsysteme.

Maximum privacy

SVF30/S ALTUS consists of 30-millimetre-thick chipboard, coated on both sides with a 0.8-millimetre layer of HPL. This design provides high stability and a perfect flush mount on the outside of the cubicle. The latter makes cleaning and maintenance easier. Combined with the slate-grey colour of the surfaces, this creates an appearance that is aesthetically pleasing and at the same time puristic. Thanks to the ceiling-high closed construction, a private area is created that provides maximum privacy when using the toilet.

All of the doors are equipped with stainless-steel hinges. Handle trimmings are freely selectable in the ALTUS system. In the SkyLoop the choice was made for high-quality door handles and rosettes made of stainless steel with a display indicating either vacant or engaged. Wall-mounted SVF30 privacy screens made of the same material as the front of the cubicles, which are secured with aluminium brackets, ensure a consistent appearance.
