This means that we ensure a sustainable supply chain in which our products are sourced in an ecologically, economically, and socially responsible manner. As a responsible company, we want to promote environmental protection and ensure the sustainable use of natural resources. This includes protecting forests from uncontrolled deforestation, safeguarding habitats for animals and humans, and ensuring fair working conditions.

EPDs (Environmental Product Declarations) are standardized environmental declarations for products. These EPDs provide a transparent overview of a product’s environmental impact throughout its entire life cycle. For example, the declaration provides information on resource consumption, CO2 emissions, and more.
At Schäfer Trennwandsysteme, we are the first and only manufacturer of sanitary partitions to have certified EPDs for our product portfolio:
- Partition walls made of chipboard
- Partition walls made of sandwich panels
- Partition walls made of glass
- Partition walls and furniture made of HPL
We are setting new standards in our industry. Our EPDs provide reliable and transparent environmental metrics across the entire life cycle of our products—from raw material extraction to disposal. This gives architects, planners, and building owners who value sustainable construction a solid basis for decision-making. Learn more now
